PAYMENT METHODS
Please it's important that the payment note DOESN'T have any words regarding NSFW topic, at all.
This is to avoid both of us getting banned
For 1st time customers:
It's required to do the full payment before the beggining of the requested commission. Can be done one day before your date.
Half at the beginning, half at the end with watermarks and size reduction. (Only for commissions upper $100)
If you haven't pay, I won't start the sketch even if it's your turn on queue, you'll be moved to another date.
For constant customers:
Half at the beginning, half at the end.
Payment plans are available for commissions upper to $80
If you're an artist/creator I'm also open to trades!

The basics
It is your responsability as client to read my TOS, by doing the payment, you automatically accept my terms and conditions.
You need to be +18 to buy any NSFW commission.
I don't work without a payment. I won't start the sketch even if it's your turn on queue, you'll be moved to another date.
Spots on queue are free. Most of the time I have a waitlist I don't mind giving the spots for free. My only request is that you are serious and do the payment at least one day before your date so I can start doodling right away! Also different timezones might give us a big gap, take that in mind.
Take your spot serious. This is my full time job, I wake up each day and look at the list planning and getting to work with all of you. It's my tool/agenda, I expect you to respect it as I respect you as customer.
Please!!! Don't ghost me. As said above! I know stuff can happen, so just let me know if you want to cancel your spot! You can always come back later.
Your date on queue is the date I will start the sketch. That means we need the references, ideas and payment to be done and ready for that day so I can start working. If payment is not done, don't worry you won't lose the spot you will be moved for another day. Don't abuse this, I will allow it just once ot twice.
I don’t like to be rushed! I hate it. Please take in mind most of the time I have a queue, meaning there's other customers infront of you and I'm also a human who needs to rest.
PLEASE don't flood me with pic references. Don't send me thousands of pics. Be concise.
PLEASE don't flood me with text. I'm sorry but I won't read massive stories/fanfic/lore, I just don't have the time, help me resume the ideas and give main context! Please try to give me all the info in one part, not all scaterd in paragraphs, it gets tedious.
NO REFUNDS once the payment is complete, no exceptions.
Please don't pester me and I mean this in the kindness way. I need the conversation to be relevant to the commission so we can work properly.
I can cancell the commission in progress if im not being able to complete client expectations and/or if the client doesn't provide my requirements.
Powerplay. I hate adding this to my ToS but some people just gave me a bad/stressful time. Yes, you're paying me but that doesn't mean you can toss me around and pressure me constantly, I won't tolerate this again, for my mental health, if you start this kind of behavior I will instantly ban you.

My specialty is NSFW art, character design, monsters, furry, humans, comics, artsy landscapes and artisy styles in general.
I'm not into fire weapons, cyber complicated armors, mechas, very geometric stuff and super detailed structural backgrounds. It's difficult for me to draw, plus I don't quite enjoy it. I might be open for it and do my best but understand is not my specialty.
Let me know if you change your name on TH, Discord, Vgen or the platform we're using. It gets complicated if I don't find you by the name you had at the beggining since I have many customers at the time.

Rush commissions
Yes I could do rush commissions using my weekends and nightime. Please let's review it first!
It'll come with an extra charge of a +100% of the total price.
The whole payment must be done the same day as the requested commission.
All references and ideas, must be sent the same day as the requested commission.
You only get two sketch ideas, no more.
Reviews must be done asap. Rush is rush for both of us.
If I don't get an answer 3 days later, for references, reviews and/or payment I will cancel the rush and you'll be added to the normal queue. No exceptions.
No refunds.
I assure you I can have the art as agreed between the two, so I expect the customer to fulfill and understand the terms and conditions.

Time and delivery.
Working Days are M-T 10am-7pm. (Mexico)
I rest on weekends. Please understand if I don't answer until monday. I like to read everything calmly and give you all my atenttion!
Fridays are mine for my art and studies.
Queue is there so you can check notices and dates. Check the queue!
Depending on type and complexity I might take from 5 days to months depending on your place in queue. The wait will be worth it!
You dates could change a little. I'll let you know if that's the case.
If there's modifications, it will take us a bit more of time to finish. Be sure to check everything on the updates before we continue.
If you're commissioning me you're aware art takes time/effort and will respect my workflow. Again, do not rush me please.
Multiple pieces? Sure! but be aware that it will take us some time to complete.
Modifications and changes
Unfortunatelly my looseness has lead some customers to believe they can abuse the modifications.
So I'm being forced to apply some rules on this topic.
My stages on updates are: Rough sketch>Sketch>Maybe Sketch 2>Lineart and BG>Flats>Shading>Render
1.- Rough sketch (Rough doodle, "stick figures", main idea and composition. If you don't like the pose we can try another one.)
2.- Sketch (Refined anatomy, composition, details. Perfect moment to modify pose and character's measures. THIS part is to settle the design. Don't expect me to guess stuff, tell me if we need to modify.)
3.- Maybe Sketch 2 (If the commission is very detailed I might provide another sketch even more refined.THIS part is to settle the design. Don't expect, tell me if we need to modify.)
4.- Lineart BG (Add/remove small stuff, maybe modify hair, clothes and face. Can still modify the pose a little, like arms, legs, head.) Beyond here I won't do big changes
AFTER THIS I WON'T MODIFY BIG STUFF. (Unless if you're willing to pay extra)
YOU HAD 2-4 PHASES TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANTED CHANGES.
5.- Flats (Color check up, adding tatts, skin features. Please let me know if I forgot anything.)
6.- Shading (Shading check up)
7.- Render (I might be able to modify accesories, clothes on the render. We can also add/remove tatts, body features.)
I want you to love the art I'm making, please follow the instructions and we can work properly!
Let me know if I forgot anything. I work with tons of characters, sometimes it's hard to remember everything.
In the case I forgot/missread/ got something wrong I'll modify it without problem.
Once the commission is done I will NOT modify anything unless it was my mistake or it's something simple to add/remove.
I might rework old commission, there will be an extra charge.
Understand I work little by little on each commission each day, that's my way of work.
The more we modify, the more time will take us to finish, please have this in mind!
